Business Development Manager
Cheryl is a highly accomplished Business Development Manager with over 16 years of experience in the healthcare and diagnostics industry. Cheryl brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and commercial acumen to her role, having worked extensively across business development, key account management, and a laboratory based biomedical scientist.
Cheryl has worked within the UK catapult network, supporting companies in developing innovative medical technologies from concept through to manufacture. She is recognised for her strategic approach to stakeholder engagement, her ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling client proposals.
Her previous roles at Bio-Rad Laboratories Ltd include Solutions Architect for Northern Europe and Key Account Manager, where she led major contract negotiations, managed national accounts, and coordinated large-scale instrument installations across the UK.
Cheryl holds an MSc in Biomedical Science (Haematology & Transfusion) from Northumbria University and a Professional Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is also a registered Biomedical Scientist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
